Youth Movement - SAMOYA SUB-PARISH

a) Spiritual Activities

  • Bible reading and sharing among them.
  • Monthly recollection as a parish.
  • Attend and participate in youth parish, diocese and national masses.
  • Some are in Charismatic and others junior Legion of Mary.

b) Income Generating Projects

  • Table banking.
  • Poultry rearing.
  • Grow vegetables and groundnuts for sell.
  • Personal projects.
  • Personal contribution towards their group projects.
  • Tree nursery (trees for sale).

c) Social Activities

  • Exchange Youth programme from one sub-parish to another to encourage them.
  • Each member visitation to uplift the lazy ones.
  • Regular meetings amongst them (Sub-parish).
  • Attend and participate in parish, diocese and deanery activities or youth festivals.
  • Attend and participate in youth parish meetings.
  • Go for tours as a diocese and visit other parishes to motivate other youths.
